Update:  শিরোনামের জবটিতে নিয়োগে ৫ দিন আগে শেষ হয়ে গিয়েছে। তবে নিচের কথাগুলো পড়ে নিন আগে।

দেশের মোবাইল সেক্টর সবচেয়ে লাভজনক একটা সেক্টর, শুধুমাত্র বিজনেস ম্যগনেটদের জন্য। অনেক নতুন মোবাইল কোম্পানি এখন এদেশে আসার জন্য হাপিত্যেস করছে শুধুমাত্র কিছু কড়কড়ে মোটা অংকের টাকা কামানোর জন্য।

দেশে এখন ৫ টি মোবাইল অপারেটর আছে। এই ৫ টি মোবাইল অপারেটর এতটাই শক্তপোক্ত হয়ে শিকড় গেড়ে বসেছে যে, অন্য কোম্পানির আসাতো দুরের কথা, আসার চিন্তা করলেও তাদের পাপ হবে। এই ৫ টি কোম্পানি এখন যা পারছে, যেভাবে পারছে ইচ্ছেমত টাকা গ্রেবিং পদ্ধতি অবলম্বন করছে। এটা দোষের কিছু নয়। অর্থনিতির একটা চ্যপ্টারই আছে, এই মানি গ্রেবিং সিস্টেম সম্পর্কে। এরা সেটাই অবলম্বন করছে।

এই ৫ টি মোবাইল অপারেটরের মধ্যে সবচেয়ে বেশি টাকা আয় করে থাকে গ্রামিনফোন। অন্য অপারেটরগুলোর আয় গ্রামিনফোনের ধারের কাছেও নেই। কিন্তু তাই বলে কি অন্য অপারেটরগুলো টাকা আয় করছে না?

অবশ্যই করছে। গ্রামিনফোন যেখানে ধরা যাক, ১০০ কোটি আয় করছে সেখান্‌ খুড়িয়ে খুড়িয়ে চলার পরেও অন্য অপারেটরগুলোর আয় ৩০-৪০ কোটি হবে মিনিমাম। এটা জাস্ট একটা উদাহরন দিলাম। প্রকৃত আয় ব্যয়ের হিসাব পরে কোন একদিন তুলে ধরব সময় করে।

এখন কথা হচ্ছে, খুড়িয়ে খুড়িয়ে চলার পরেও যদি আয়ের পরিমান এমন হয়, তাহলে মোবাইল অপারেটরগুলো কি পরিমান আয় করছে সেটা একটু ভাবলেই যে কেউ বের করতে পারবেন। অবশ্য এগুলো ওপেন সিক্রেট। সবাই জানে এসব। যে কোন একটা চায়ের দোকানে হঠাত যদি মোবাইল অপারেটরগুলোর আয়ের আলোচনার মধ্যে পড়ে যান, তাহলেই বুঝতে পারবেন আসল চিত্রটা। আশা করি এরকম আলোচনা শোনার এবং করার অভিজ্ঞতা সবারই আছে।

প্রশ্ন হচ্ছে, এই যে মোবাইল অপারেটরগুলো এত এত বিলিয়ন বিলিয়ন টাকা আয় করছে, তাও আবার খোদ আমাদের দেশে বসে, বিনিময়ে তারা কি দিচ্ছে? অন্তত এই বিশাল অংকের কিছু অংশতো আমাদের দেশের জব সেক্টরকে উন্নত করার জন্য ব্যবহার করা উচিত, নাকি বলেন আপনারা?

এটা ঠিক যে, তারা বিলিয়ন বিলিয়ন টাকা খরচ করছে নেটওয়ার্ক ভাল এবং উন্নত রাখার জন্য (যদিও ভাল নেটওয়ার্ক কোন অপারেটরের ই পার্ফেক্টলি নেই), তাই বলে কি দেশের জব সেক্টরকে উন্নত করার জন্য তাদের কিছুই করার নেই?

কথা বাড়িয়ে আসলে লাভ নেই। আমার আপানার কথাতে কিছু যায় আসেনা। তবে খুশির কথা হচ্ছে, অন্য অপারেটরগুলোর নিজের জব অপেনিং এর ব্যবস্থা না থাকলেও, গ্রামিনফোন এবং বাংলালিঙ্কের নিজের নিজের জব অপেনিং দেখানোর জন্য নির্দিষ্ট ওয়েবসাইট আছে। যেখান থেকে আপনি আপনার যোগ্যতা অনুযায়ি জব দেখে আবেদন জমা দিতে পারবেন।

বাংলালিংকের জব দেখার জন্য এবং এপ্লাই করার জন্য আপনাকে নিচের ওয়েবলিঙ্কে যেতে হবে। আশা করি আপনার পছন্দের জব পেয়ে যাবেন।
